Desh Sahni, MD
Neurosurgery
Dr. Sahni, originally from New York, obtained his undergraduate degree in English literature from Columbia University and his Medical Degree from Columbia’s College of Physicians & Surgeons in Manhattan. He pursued neurosurgical training at Baylor College of Medicine/MD Anderson in Houston, followed by a fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery at the Texas Medical Center Spine Fellowship program, training at Houston Methodist Hospital, MD Anderson, and Texas Children’s Hospital. Certified by the American Board of Clinical Neurosurgery, Dr. Sahni specializes in neurotrauma, encompassing both brain and spine injuries. He served as the neurotrauma coordinator for St. David’s South Austin Hospital, a level 2 trauma center, responding to emergencies 24/7 for over four years. Dr. Sahni emphasizes compassionate care and advocates for nontraditional therapies like chiropractic care, yoga, meditation, Tai-chi, acupuncture, and strength training for spinal health. Outside of medicine, he enjoys family life with his spouse, three children, and a small chihuahua, and pursues hobbies including beginner piano, daily meditation, intermittent fasting, high-intensity interval training, and light resistance exercises.

Hussein Musa, MD
Pain Management
Dr. Hussein Musa, originally from Chicago, IL, is board-certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. He earned his B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Howard Hughes Research Fellow and graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Musa completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Columbia University Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and furthered his expertise with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Specializing in procedures such as Epidural steroid injections, Radiofrequency ablation, Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and Spinal Cord stimulator placement, he focuses on managing chronic pain and addiction. Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Musa is a devoted husband and father of three boys.

Siraj A. Sayeed, MD
Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Siraj A. Sayeed is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic total joint replacement surgeon specializing in primary and complex total shoulder, hip, and knee replacement surgery. He co-founded and serves as President of the South Texas Bone and Joint Institute in San Antonio, TX, aiming to establish a premier total joint center in the region with advanced technologies and compassionate patient care. Dr. Sayeed completed his medical education at the University of Kentucky and residency at Mayo Clinic before serving as Chief of Total Joint Surgery at San Antonio Military Medical Center. His expertise includes robotic surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and revision joint replacements, contributing significantly to orthopedic research and education.
Chris Hall, MD

Dr. Chris Hall, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated with a degree in biochemical engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994 and received his medical doctor degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1998. Dr. Hall completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, in 2004. After concluding his military service in 2008, he settled in Austin, Texas, specializing in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries, focusing on shoulder and knee surgeries, extremity surgeries, and regenerative therapies, especially in personal injury cases.
He is CEO and administrator for the Ambulatory Surgical Center, which is veteran run.
